Kodascope Model B
This lamp is used in Model A Kodascope Series K projectors that normally use the 200W lamp. The 250W lamp give greater illumination than the 200W lamp referred to on page 30 of the Kodascope manual. To obtain proper illumination of the picture with the 250 watt lamp, adjust the rheostat by moving the lamp rheostat knob D, Fig. 4 (page 6 of the Kodascope manual), upward until the needel of the ammeter is at the arrow at the figure 5. The Kodacope manual on pages 6, 16, 23 and 31 states that the arrow shoud be at figure 4, which is correct for the 200 watt lamp. On pages 24 and 31 of the Kodascope manual, change the instructions for adjusting the illumination for Kodacolor pictures, so that the needle on the ammeter points tot he figure 5 instead of to 4.2.
