The Thorn HX602 lamp, a 575W bi-plane filament lamp version of the HX600 Lamp, ideally designed to work in The Sink adapter for Source Four fixtures. Thorn's HX-602 tungsten-halogen lamp is designed to improve the performance of older ellipsoidals and to provide efficient light output in new ellipsoidals introduced by Altman and Strand.

An FEL lamp does fit in the TP-220 socket of a 360Q, but it is not recommended as the 360Q is only rated for 750w. The lamps specified by Altman for pre-super reflector 360Q's are the EHF 750w, the EHG 750w, and the EHD 500w. The new super reflector was designed to be used with an HP600 600w 115v lamp.
