Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are accepted under the following terms. Purchase orders must be approved by ReplacementLightBulbs.com. Purchase orders under $100.00 excluding shipping incur a $5.00 handling fee. We require a faxed or emailed official purchase order; purchase orders numbers cannot be accepted on letterhead, on the phone, with online ordering or any means other than a faxed, emailed or mailed official purchase order. Purchase orders from organizations that do not pay promptly are denied. Please fax purchase orders to 336-882-2819 or email to sales@replacementlightbulbs.com.

Sales Tax: ReplacementLightBulbs.com charges a 6.75% sales tax for all orders delivered in North Carolina. The customer is responsible for paying the state and local tax in their state on all orders delivered out of North Carolina. Orders delivered inside North Carolina that are for resale will be charged 6.75% sales tax unless the appropriate tax exempt certificate is delivered to ReplacementLightBulbs.com prior to the sale. Personal and Business Checks: We hold personal and business check orders for ten bank working days prior to shipment of orders. For faster service pay using certified checks or money orders. For fastest service pay with credit card or PayPal.

Returned Check: There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Guarantee: If you are ever unhappy with the quality of your product(s), we will gladly refund your payment less shipping upon receipt of the product(s) in their original condition provided that they are returned within thirty days of sale.

Limit of Liability: Sending any product to ReplacementLightBulbs.com constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by ReplacementLightBulbs.com, its subsidiary, or agents even though due to negligence or other fault of ReplacementLightBulbs.com, its subsidiary, or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like product. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by ReplacementLightBulbs.com, its subsidiary, or agents, of product is without warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. ReplacementLightBulbs.com does not warrant any product it sells for any purpose. If you have questions regarding the use or application of any product, please contact the manufacturer of the equipment you are using prior to purchase and use.

We are not responsible for shipping delays created by our failure to ship or the shippers failure to deliver. If a package is delivered late due to our error or the error of the shipper the limit of our liability is the cost of shipping. We are not responsible for any loss that occurs as a result of not having products in time for user application. We are not responsible for shipping delays created by an act of God so if a snow storm, power outage, terrorism, etc. prevents a shipment from delivering on time neither replacementlightbulbs.com or the shipper are responsible for any liability including shipping costs for the delivery delay.

Currency Used: All prices stated on this web site are in US dollars.

Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, ReplacementLightBulbs.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price. ReplacementLightBulbs.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ReplacementLightBulbs.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price charged.

Product Availability & Prices: Product availability may change without notice. ReplacementLightBulbs.com reserves the right to notify customers of inventory and price changes in products at time of order confirmation. 

Hours of Operation: We do not have a retail location so all transactions must be handled by telephone and/or online. Our telephone hours are from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. We are closed the 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day. We close at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on New Years Eve.

Privacy: ReplacementLightBulbs.com is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our visitors and customers. Our privacy policy is simple; ReplacementLightBulbs.com will never sell, lease, or rent your email address, physical address or phone number without your permission. Furthermore, we will never share your credit card number with third parties. (Note: should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer, ReplacementLightBulbs.com will cooperate with the authorities.) As ReplacementLightBulbs.com has partners that assist with fulfillment and shipping, these fulfillment partners receive only a name, phone number and shipping address, so they can process and ship orders properly. In the event Replacementlightbulbs.com, Inc. is sold we will provide the buyer with all of our customer information provided the purchase contract restricts the buyers use of customer information to the limitations set forth above.

For the convenience of our visitors we will occasionally supply a link to another website. We do not sell advertising from this site; these links are intended to help customers by providing a source for something we do not carry or provide information of interest. Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged in shipping notify ReplacementLightbulbs.com and the carrier upon receipt of the damaged package. We are only responsible for damaged product if the claim is made within seven days of product delivery and photos of damaged packaging are provided. ReplacementLightbulbs.com will file the insurance claim with the carrier. Please hold the package and the damaged product until the claim is settled.

Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are billed at cost plus a packing and handling fee. For example, with USPS shipping we provide lower commercial base pricing and we add $1.25 for packing materials, bank fees and labor. These fees are higher for other shipping vendors and international orders because of the packaging and paperwork required. UPS rates vary according to your zip code and speed of service. Not all services are available to all areas. Some remote addresses incur a delivery area surcharge. Residential rates are higher than business rates and home based businesses do not qualify for business address pricing. We do not bill to customer shipping accounts and must use our account and prepay and add the shipping to your invoice. Military APO addresses ship with Priority Mail and cannot be tracked as the USPS delivers the packages to the military who delivers the packages overseas. International shipping is provided by UPS. Shipping Delays: Most packages ship the day after you place your order. Expedited services like Overnight, 2-day and 3-day UPS services are processed ahead of other orders and usually ship the same day provided we receive your order one hour prior to the carrier pick up. Packages may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control such as adverse weather, technical problems, service interruptions, etc. We do not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by acts of God such as airport closings due to weather. If an air package is mis-routed or delayed due to human error we can provide a refund for the delivery failure per UPS policies. We are not responsible for any expense associated with delivery delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for shipping.

Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our return policy is this: if you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 14 days of shipment of your order in its original condition for a full refund less shipping. Note: We only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. In no event shall ReplacementLightBulbs.com liability exceed the purchase price paid (if any), including shipping costs (if applicable), for the products available for sale on this web site.

Cross Reference Guide: The cross reference guide is designed to help you find the lamp you need for your application. We do not verify the accuracy of this information. You are responsible for ordering the correct lamp for your application and we make every attempt to help you in that process. We recommend that you confirm the information with the equipment manufacturer before ordering.
